• All self-collection orders must be fully paid in advance
• Order must be placed 3 working day
• Full set of disposable wares and serviette provided
• Prices quoted are subject to GST
• Food is best consumed within 1 hour
• Delivery charge: $45.00 per trip ($49.05 w/GST)
• 5% Service Charge for expenses related to packaging and handling is applicable
• An additional surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
• Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
• Surcharge of $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without loading bay,subject to approval
• Actual delivery time may vary 30mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time
• We reserve the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
• All orders delivering to Non-Permanent addresses (e.g. chalet, resort, club, pub, etc.) will require pre-payment to be made via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) before the event date
• For cancellation of order, $100.00 administrative fee will be imposed if prepayment has been made and a refund needs to be processed
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
