• Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
• Full set of disposable wares and serviettes provided
• Food comes in microwavable containers (tables and warmers are not provided), no collection is required after
• Deli Hub cares for our environment! Starting 1 July 2019, disposable table mats will not be provided. $1.00 ($1.07 w GST) per disposable table mat can be provided, upon request.
• Food is best consumed within 1 hour
• Menu is not entitled to further discount, unless otherwise stated
• Package prices quoted are subject to GST
• Orders must be placed 5 working days prior to event date
• 5% Service Charge for expenses related to packaging and handling is applicable
• Delivery charge of $45.00 ($49.05 w/GST) per trip applicable
• Surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
• Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
• Surcharge of $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without loading bay,subject to approval
• Delivery to non-permanent addresses (eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) will require pre-payment to be done via credit card before the event date
• Deli Hub Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
• For cancellation of order, $100.00 administrative fee will be imposed if prepayment has been made and a refund needs to be processed
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
