Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.delihub.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Deli Hub sales hotline at 6515 0020 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
+ Delivery Hours: 7.30am to 7.30pm
+ Hotline Hours: 9am to 7.30pm
+ $50-$100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
+ Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
+ No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
+ Delivery charge of $45 ($49.05 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
+ Delivery charge of $90 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
+ Delivery fee is $130 ($141.70 w/GST) for a full-day seminar, $100 ($109.00 w/GST) for a half-day seminar
+ A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code:
- Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08;
- Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23, 24;
- Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
+ Festive surcharge is applicable for all delivery orders
+ Surcharge of $100 - $150 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
+ Delihub accepts PayNow, Debit & Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard/AMEX) only, note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required
+ A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
+ Prices shown are exclusive of GST
+ For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
+ An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made
+ 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
+ No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself
+ Food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only
+ An additional 10% Service Charge applicable for all orders for Waste Management, Labour & Equipment set up
+ We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
+ We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
+ To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
+ Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Delihub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
+ All items/ dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice
+ Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
1. Eligibility:
- Open to participants residing in Singapore only.
2. Entry Requirements:
- Participants must follow all steps stated in the giveaway post to qualify.
- Incomplete entries will be voided.
- Each participant is allowed one entry unless stated otherwise.
3. Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected at random and/or based on the organiser’s criteria.
- Winners will be contacted via DM/email. If no response is received within 24 hours, the organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
4. Prize Collection:
- Prizes are strictly for self-collection only.
- Collection must be made at the location, date, and time specified by the organiser.
- Failure to collect within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Blackout dates apply as advised by our salesperson.
- No delivery, redirection, or alternative collection arrangements allowed unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize Conditions:
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
- Participants agree to release the organiser from any claims related to the giveaway.
6. Rights & Usage:
- By taking part, participants consent to the use of their names, images, and/or content for publicity purposes without compensation.
7. General:
- Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of dispute, Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd’s holds the final decision.
